Shipping & Return Policy
- When you place an order on our site we will notify you of our acceptance via email.
- In case we are not in a position to accept your order due to non-availability or any other reason, we will notify you through an email or a telephone call. No charges will be made in this case.
- Once we accept your order you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order.
- If you want to make the payment on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis then the maximum amount should not exceed AED 2500.00
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is restricted to U.A.E only.
- To authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.
- We do our best to deliver the products within 2-4 working days within U.A.E from the order date. We will keep you informed in case of any delay due to public holidays.
- Our deliveries of the products are currently available in all serviceable areas of UAE and are done through Courier Services.
- All orders below the value of AED 200/- are charged between AED 10.00 – 50.00 for shipping fee depending on the weight and volume of the item purchased.
- The shipping charges of deliveries outside the UAE (if available) are determined by the service provider depending upon the country and City.
- In case of shipping outside UAE (if available), additional customs duties may apply depending upon the destination country’s rules and regulations.
- We do not make deliveries to internationally sanctioned countries.
- The title of the product is transferred to you from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product.
Return & Refunds
- We understand that you may change your mind and want to return the product or cancel the order.
- If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so within 6 hours of placing the order. After that time we will process the order.
- In case you want to return the product purchased from our website, then you can do so as long as it is not opened and the packaging is not damaged, within 7 days of receiving it from us.
- There will be collection charges in case of return of the product at your wish.
- We will refund the full amount of the order canceled within the stipulated time and not shipped by us.
- We will refund the full amount in case you receive the wrong product or a physically damaged product and you do not want to get a replacement.
- We will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees and other delivery charges like COD etc.) in case you want to return the product in its original condition as received.
- In case the product has been used or damaged by you or not in the same condition as you received it then the product will be considered non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to decide on the refund amount after assessing the condition of the returned product.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your bank account; or
- If you paid by credit/debit card, then we will refund the amount to your credit/debit card.
- It may take between 15-45 days to credit the refund amount in your credit card/bank account.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
